Membership Policies & Procedures
The document in the link below has important information regarding OLBA membership policies and procedures. The OLBA membership database (SAM – Sports Association Manager) was implemented in 2024 and is fully operational. It is recommended that all club executives read the entire membership document.
If a club needs additional SAM accounts or needs assistance with SAM, you should email membership@OLBA.ca
The 2026 OLBA affiliation fee remains unchanged. It is expected that the fee will increase in 2027 as Bowls Canada will be increasing their fees.
- $40 Adult Members
- $10 Social Members
- $10 Youth Members (under aged 25) – must be entered in SAM as Youth member
Insurance information can be found on the insurance page on this site. All participants must be entered in the OLBA database (SAM) to be insured.
All members must sign an OLBA Waiver, see below.
