​This award is available to clubs affiliated with ONTARIO LAWN BOWLS ASSOCIATION that are celebrating anniversaries: e.g. 25 years, 30 years, 50 years.

Anniversary awards will be as follows:
(a) anniversaries up to 74 years will be awarded a certificate
(b) anniversaries of 75 years or more will be awarded a plaque

This application form should be received well in advance of the planned anniversary celebrations. It would be preferable to have the application in the calendar year preceding the anniversary so that the anniversary could be announced in the OLBA Annual.

A representative from the OLBA Board of Directors will endeavour, if requested, to come to the club to present the Anniversary Certificate or the Anniversary Plaque.
